2025 Leftapalooza Band Application

We are looking for 6 tribute bands to play between 11am-10pm on Saturday, June 14^th in The Garden at Left Hand (1245 Boston Ave., Longmont, CO) Longmonsters LOVE their tribute bands!

Leftapalooza is a tribute band competition where all event attendees will vote for their favorite bands throughout the day! The winner of the competition, announced at 10pm on Saturday, June 14^th, will receive a cash prize and be invited to headline Leftapalooza 2026!

THIS FORM WILL CLOSE ON SUNDAY, MARCH 31^st AT 11:59PM! All time slots will be filled by April 7^th and publicly announced on April 14^th! ROCK ON!
